Job summary

Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Manager to lead a high-volume distribution operation in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee overnight teams responsible for accurate picking, packing, and shipping of wholesale orders while enforcing safety and quality standards.

You will manage staffing, training, and performance metrics, ensure inventory accuracy, and streamline processes using warehouse systems and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven warehouse leadership experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes and quality/safety requirements.
• Ability to manage teams, coach performance, and analyze productivity metrics.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and process improvement.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
