Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance II teammate in Merced, CA.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment and related facility systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and research parts and tools as needed. Three plus years of industrial maintenance experience with forklifts and MHE are required, along with the ability to read electrical schematics and work in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional industrial maintenance experience, including forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, tuggers, and carts.
• Read and understand electrical schematics.
• Familiar with OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Maintain other distribution center equipment such as refrigeration, plumbing, lighting, doors, air systems, racking.
• Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot using specifications.
• Research parts and tools; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Track spare parts usage, inventory and labor actions.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage to products.
