Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking an Overnight Warehouse Lead/Dispatcher to coordinate routing and scheduling for our delivery fleet. You will ensure on-time deliveries, safe operations, and compliance with fleet reporting requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse, troubleshooting routes, and maintaining accurate records while supporting a collaborative team across dispatch, operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial warehousing or distribution operations.
• Ability to communicate up, down and across the organization clearly.
• 1+ year in dispatching, transportation coordination, or fleet operations preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and DVIRs is expected.
• Proficiency with dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily delivery routes for the fleet for efficiency and on-time performance.
• Dispatch drivers and provide instructions for deliveries and route changes.
• Maintain driver logs, schedules, route reports and DVIRs.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service on delivery updates.
• Ensure safety compliance and a high standard of workmanship.
