BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring for an Overnight Veterinary Receptionist!

Are you an excellent customer service professional? Do you offer guidance, comfort, and support? Are you looking for an opportunity to work with some of the greatest veterinary medicine professionals?

Shifts: Overnight, (6:00PM - 6:00AM), Thursday-Saturday

At BluePearl Pet Hospital, our Veterinary Receptionists are vital to the success of our hospital. You will be the first BluePearl Associate that clients see, ensuring each client receives the care and attention they need. You must be able to remain calm and compassionate, even in emotional and challenging situations.

Responsibilities of a Veterinary Client Service Representative include:

1. Greeting clients warmly and professionally each time they enter.
2. Maintaining a friendly demeanor with eye contact and a smile.
3. Listening compassionately to clients.
4. Communicating clearly and calmly in person and over the phone.
5. Assessing clients' needs and the pet's condition upon arrival.
6. Determining emergency status and responding accordingly.
7. Responding to non-patient calls and directing visitors appropriately.
8. Confirming appointments and providing prep instructions.
9. Offering emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
10. Handling pet remains with compassion and accuracy, serving as a liaison with service agencies.
