PetVet Care Centers’ Barton Heights Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Overnight Veterinary Assistant to join our GP/ER team. Assist veterinarians and technicians, maintain clean facilities, and provide compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous veterinary experience (any role)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients
• Greet patients and their owners and guide to examining room
• Triage patients, support examinations, and assist with medications
• Calm and soothe anxious patients
• Maintain medical records and documentation
• Clean hospital areas and maintain equipment and kennels
• Bath and care for overnight patients and ensure proper grooming
• Promote hospital products and services and assist team
