1st Choice Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our care team. You will greet patients, check them in and out, and collect fees, while ensuring accurate patient and insurance data is entered into the EHR.

You will also answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments as part of a busy, patient-centered environment. We emphasize compassionate care and active patient engagement, guiding them through preventive care choices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Safety Sensitive position; medical marijuana card prohibited.
