Job summary

VPNE is seeking a Supervisor to lead a front-line team in our garage operation. You will ensure safe, efficient service while delivering a high-quality guest experience. The role involves guiding staff, managing shift operations, and maintaining a positive, professional environment.

Schedule: Flexible days, Full time 3pm-11pm. Must meet driving and lifting requirements, and pass background checks. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced parking operation.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor is essential.
• Able to smile during customer interactions.
• Upbeat personality, strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Maintain uniform standards when on premises.
• Able to run and move quickly.
• Organize cars efficiently.
• Stand for long periods.
• Safely operate vehicles and pass a driving test.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License in state of residency.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and RMV check.
• Create relationships with customers.
• Be organized.
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE's insurance provider.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members and guests are safe at all times.
• Operate vehicles safely when needed to minimize accidents.
• Oversee tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting and helping guests.
• Maintain garage organization.
• Set a positive tone in the workplace.
• Create a positive environment for team members and customers.
• Encourage use of approved language.
• Communicate shift plans to co-workers when shifts end.
• Set a sharp appearance and adhere to VPNE uniforms.
• Oversee team members to maintain a professional workspace.
