Qualifications

• Ability to run/move quickly during shifts.
• Organize cars efficiently and safely.
• Able to safely operate vehicles and pass a manual transmission test.
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a valid driver's license in state of residency.
• Able to pass a criminal background and RMV check.
• Ability to build relationships with customers.
• Clean driving record deemed insurable by VPNE.

Responsibilities

• Ensures employees and guests are safe at all times.
• If needed - safely operate vehicles to minimize the potential for accidents.
• Oversee the tracking of keys and vehicles throughout the garage.
• Ensures all team members provide exceptional guest experiences by greeting guests as they enter the garage.
• Sets the tone for the workplace with an upbeat attitude.
• Must be enthusiastic about the job, creating a positive environment for team members and customers.
• Remind team members to use approved language choices.
• Communicate shift handoff plans to teammates at shift end.
• Lead by example while upholding VPNE's uniform guidelines.
• Oversee team members and maintain a professional workspace.
• Lead valet training for new hires with necessary knowledge and safety guidance.
