Island Hospitality Management in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Overnight Valet/Luggage Attendant to assist guests as the first point of contact and provide superior service by parking and retrieving vehicles.

This part-time role requires availability on Friday and Saturday, flexibility for scheduling, and the ability to lift luggage and stand for long periods. A valid driver's license is required, with a focus on guest satisfaction across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor at arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Maintain safety while lifting and moving luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays, including Friday/Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve guest vehicles and provide great customer service.
• Open/close car doors and assist with luggage or belongings.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and assist guests entering/leaving.
• Tag, store, and retrieve keys; organize daily vehicle paperwork.
• Coordinate with front desk and bell staff for timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness/organization of bell desk and storage areas.
