Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner and provide hospitality.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage keys and claim checks.
• Answer inquiries about directions, taxis and local amenities.
• Handle tickets and revenue; maintain ticket information accurately.
