Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Valet Attendant to assist guests as the first point of contact and provide superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles. The role may require flexible scheduling to accommodate guest occupancy and seasonality.

Responsibilities include parking and retrieving vehicles, handling luggage, directing traffic, and maintaining accurate keys and paperwork. A valid driver's license and being 21+ are required, along with excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer service.
• Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings.
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot.
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return.
• Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests as the first point of contact and provide superior guest service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles for guests.
• Open/close car doors and assist with luggage as needed.
• Direct traffic in the parking area and help guests enter/exit the lot.
• Label and secure guest keys, ensuring proper return.
