Island Hospitality Management in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Full-Time Valet/Luggage Attendant to welcome guests and provide superior service by parking and retrieving vehicles. The role requires flexible scheduling and a strong customer-service mindset in a hospitality setting.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, coordinate with front desk, and ensure safe handling of bags and vehicles. A valid driver’s license and 21+ age are required.

Qualifications

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms safely.
• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage in the luggage room.
• Provide directions and hotel information to guests.
• Coordinate with front desk and bell staff for timely service.
• Maintain bell desk and storage area cleanliness and organization.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be 21+ years old.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while delivering high-quality customer service.

• Direct traffic in the parking area and help guests enter/exit.
• Label guest keys accurately and file vehicle paperwork.
