Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate for a luxury residential location. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality, parking vehicles safely, and assisting guests with luggage during arrival and departure.

The position requires punctuality, strong English communication, and a customer-first attitude, with shift options at night (11pm–7am) and both part-time and full-time availability. Benefits include insurance options and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license or nearby commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training.
• Strong English reading and writing abilities.
• Basic math and time-keeping skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide attentive hospitality services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely, assist guests with bell services and luggage as needed.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries; provide information about the facility.
• Explain parking rates and procedures; manage tickets, keys, and guest folios with accuracy.
• Ensure maintenance of a positive guest experience and adhere to Towne Park standards.
