Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within commuting distance.
• One month related experience or training required; or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong customer service and English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality and assist guests with parking and luggage.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries about facility amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures and process tickets and payments.
