Job summary

Towne Park in Miami Beach is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide friendly, efficient hospitality and valet services for arriving and departing guests. You will assist with luggage where applicable and help guests with directions, taxis and reservations while maintaining safety and accurate ticketing practices.

The role emphasizes courteous interaction, adherence to procedures, and reliable service during overnight hours (11pm–7am).

Responsibilities

• Maintains pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries.
• Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
