Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write English; basic math for ticketing and payments.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and guest interaction standards.
• Ability to understand rates, time calculations, and basic transactions.
• Operation of manual transmission is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality services to guests in a friendly, attentive, and efficient manner.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles promptly and safely; assist with luggage when applicable.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage tickets, keys, and claim checks.
• Assist guests with directions, reservations, and inquiries; coordinate with other team members as needed.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
