Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests during arrival and departure, parking and retrieving vehicles safely and efficiently, and assisting with luggage where applicable.

You will greet guests by name when possible, provide directions, reservations support, and respond to inquiries about facility amenities and local attractions. A valid driver's license and basic math skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license for the applying state or within a commutable distance.
• 1 month of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and convey luggage delivery/pickup when applicable.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and procedures to guests and manage ticket information.
