Job summary

The role is part-time with a schedule of 3–4 days per week. Base pay is $14.50 per hour plus tips, and eligibility includes standard benefits where applicable. Excellent customer service and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 month related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Ability to read and write standard English language.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage when needed.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations and information about local amenities.
• Explain parking rates and collect tickets and keys accurately.
• Maintain accurate ticket and vehicle information and assist with revenue as needed.
