• Clear spoken and written English, basic math and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide valet/hiker and garage cashier duties with a positive guest first impression.
• Issue claim tickets, collect parking fees, and post charges in Micros and Opera.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles; give directions and information on local events.
• Supervise valet attendants and assist guests with directions to restaurants and venues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities and incident reports.
• Assist guests with outstanding service and problem solving.
