Job summary

Hotel Zoe in San Francisco seeks an Overnight Valet/Bellperson to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and safely park and retrieve vehicles in the hotel garage.

The role runs 10:00pm–6:00am, is full-time, and emphasizes proactive hospitality, guest services, and teamwork with Front Office and Bell staff. The candidate should have a valid driver's license and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, valet, bell services, or customer service is preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and provide guest-first service
• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of local attractions and hotel amenities preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide a memorable first impression
• Assist guests with loading, unloading, and transporting luggage
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in the hotel garage per procedures
• Escort guests to rooms when requested and explain room features
• Provide information about hotel facilities, hours, and local attractions
• Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with departments as needed
• Maintain a neat, organized bell desk and communicate shifts and incidents clearly
