You are the heartbeat of our arrival experience! We are looking for a highly energetic, customer-focused Valet Attendant / Customer Service Representative to be the first smiling face our guests see.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Ultimate Host: Greet guests warmly, answer questions with ease, and handle local hotel pick-ups and drop-offs to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
• Master the Keys: Safely park and swiftly retrieve vehicles, keep the key management system locked down, and perform quick pre-park damage inspections for peace of mind.
• Keep It Spotless: Maintain a pristine environment. Keep the valet booth and parking area tidy, handle trash collection, and ensure restrooms are always fresh and restocked.
• Oversee Safety & Security: Act as the eyes and ears of the lot, deter vandalism, enforce safety protocols, and keep a close eye on space availability.
• Handle Transactions & Tickets: Issue claim tickets, accurately process cash and credit card payments, and manage receipts flawlessly.
• Deliver VIP Care: Go the extra mile by assisting guests with disabilities or special needs, and always maintain a sharp, professional uniform and demeanor.
