Responsabilités

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage and guide them to rooms.
• Deliver and retrieve guest items promptly and efficiently.
• Provide information about facilities, local attractions and services.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain features and amenities.
• Assist with parking and vehicle retrieval when offered.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate transportation or dining recommendations.
• Maintain a neat, organized bell desk and equipment.
• Address guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support concierge with reservations or inquiries.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
