Parking Management Company is seeking Overnight Hotel Valet Attendants for properties across San Francisco. You will welcome guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and keep areas secure and organized while earning tips.

This non-exempt, hourly role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work overnight, weekends, and holidays. Tips are variable and not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Motor vehicle record meets PMC’s driving standards.
• Ability to operate automatic-transmission vehicles; manual when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
• Assist guests with luggage and vehicle needs.
• Inspect vehicles and document any damage.
• Maintain secure control of vehicle keys.
• Keep the valet area clean and orderly.
• Monitor the parking area and report safety issues.
• Respond promptly to guest questions and requests.
• Protect guest information and privacy.
• Follow safety, dress code, attendance, and reporting procedures.
• Complete shift reports and incident documentation.
• Support team members and other duties as assigned.
