Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site policy.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document observations.
• Maintain a professional presence and communicate security information to leadership and site contacts.
