Job summary

Bruce Markets LLC is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to support the Bruce ATS during overnight sessions. You will monitor trading systems, perform health checks, and resolve client inquiries while ensuring day-to-day operational integrity.

The role requires 3+ years in electronic trading, knowledge of FIX protocol and order routing, and a Series 7 license (or completion within 45 days). Remote work available for candidates in Chicago or New York with overnight hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in electronic trading or trade support
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order routing, execution and FIX
• Series 7 license required or ability to obtain quickly

Responsibilities

• Provide trade support and monitor Bruce ATS trading session
• Perform system startup health checks for smooth operations
• Address client inquiries and resolve trade-related issues promptly
• Deliver session trends and insights to daytime team
• Conduct end-of-session activities, system reviews and reconciliation
• Maintain knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution and FIX in operations
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance, including Series 7 responsibilities
• Work overnight from 7:00pm to 4:00am EST
