Job summary

Bruce Markets LLC is seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to support the Bruce ATS during overnight sessions and weekends. The role involves trade support, monitoring trading systems, and coordinating end-of-session activities while ensuring compliance and effective communication with clients and the daytime team.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in electronic trading/trade support, a Series 7 license (or plan to obtain), and strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electronic trading and/or trade support experience.
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve problems.
• Knowledge of market microstructure, order routing, execution, and FIX protocol.
• Series 7 license required (or able to obtain SIE & Series 7 in 45 days).
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities; willingness to learn and adapt to new products and conditions.
• Ability to work weekend overnight hours with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide trade support and actively monitor trading systems during Bruce ATS session.
• Perform system startup health checks to ensure smooth operations.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and trade-related issues promptly.
• Deliver session trends and insights to Bruce’s daytime team.
• Conduct end-of-session activities, including system reviews and trade reconciliation.
• Maintain knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution, and FIX protocol.
