Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates; communicating store operations and company direction.
• Models customer service standards and supports customer service initiatives; resolves issues and implements improvements.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to align with sales.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; recruits and develops qualified associates.
• Coordinates activities and maintains relationships with stakeholders; communicates goals and objectives and measures progress to results.
• Ensures compliance with policies and Open Door Policy; guides applying these in business processes.
