Qualificações

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms-selling facilities: successful CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates must attend and complete job-required trainings (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and coaching across store operations.
• Drive store financials: monitor PL, budget, forecast, and control expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement action plans to improve processes and shrink reduction.
