Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, and mentor associates, set clear expectations, and provide recognition to build a high‑performing team.
• Communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff regarding store operations, leveraging technology and business initiatives to support company direction.
• Lead and implement change efforts, provide guidance on business solutions, and communicate objectives effectively.
• Model exceptional customer‑service standards and support initiatives such as community outreach, resolving customer issues, and creating action plans for continuous improvement.
• Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing profit & loss statements, budgeting, forecasting, controlling expenses, ensuring merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and minimizing shrink.
• Coordinate job‑related activities, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and set goals while measuring progress and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, support ethical standards, and implement the Open Door Policy.
• Promote a culture of belonging, respect diversity, and foster strong, trusting relationships.
