Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Some facilities may require firearms CBC and training.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through coaching, feedback and training.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses to align with budget.
• Oversee store operations, inventory flow, and merchandising.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues using OBW model.
