Job summary

HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse for our Men’s residential SUD treatment program in California. The role involves assessing medical management for clients in social model detoxification, including MAT inductions, vital signs, and triage, collaborating with the Addiction Medicine Medical Director and other stakeholders.

You will lead nursing teams, participate in staff training, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• Active registered nursing license in California.
• BLS-First Aid Certification required.
• Experience with safety-net populations and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Document interventions and evaluations in the electronic health record per Drug Medi-Cal requirements.
• Coordinate care with prescribing providers and Addiction Medicine Medical Director.
• Lead teams of licensed nurses, psych techs, and medical assistants as needed.
• Participate in training of Detox staff through quarterly skills checks.
• Delegate duties per California Nursing Practice Act.
