Job summary

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Certification as a Substance Use Disorder Counselor from a California agency (CCAPP/CAADE/CADTP) is required/preferred.
• Experience supervising direct service staff is essential; trauma-informed care experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide direct service staff (SUD Counselors, Client Safety Navigators).
• Assist management with interviews, hires, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and performance goals; provide feedback and evaluations.
