Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).
• For facilities that sell firearms, background checks and training may be required; state requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store operations, merchandising, budgeting, forecasting and expense control to hit sales and profit goals.
• Supervises and mentors hourly associates, assigns duties, sets expectations and promotes belonging in the workplace.
• Partners with stakeholders to execute plans, measure progress and implement process improvements for a high quality customer experience.
