Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Facilities firearms protocol checks may apply where applicable.
• Associates must complete required trainings such as Open Door trainings, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by teaching and listening to associates, providing feedback and setting expectations.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure outstanding customer service by modeling Walmart's One Best Way service standards and resolving customer issues.
• Supervise hourly associates, hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing performance to promote a sense of belonging.
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders, monitor progress, and implement action plans to improve processes and reduce shrink.
• Support store operations including inventory flow, merchandising, and community outreach programs.
