• Firearms background check and training may be required where applicable.
• Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; tour stores, train associates, provide feedback.
• Drive store sales by managing budgets, inventory, and merchandising.
• Supervise hourly associates; recruit, mentor, and promote a sense of belonging.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics; utilize OBW service model.
