Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, assign duties and recognize performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to Walmart standards.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet store goals and budgets.
• Drive sales and manage inventory, merchandising, and shrink control.
