Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop hourly associates and drive customer service excellence.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet store financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by training, feedback, and coaching.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by upholding Walmart standards and resolving issues.
• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; promote a culture of belonging and teamwork.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align plans and drive store initiatives.
