Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by managing PL, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and recruits qualified staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, ethics, integrity and Open Door policy.
