Job summary

• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Background checks and firearms training may be required where applicable.
• Attend and successfully complete all required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and providing feedback to associates.
• Drives store performance by managing budgets, forecasting, and expenses while ensuring sales goals.
• Ensures customer service standards and community programs are effectively implemented and communicated.

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
