Job summary

Walmart is seeking a dynamic leader to guide store operations in Fulton, NY. The role focuses on building high-performing teams, teaching and mentoring associates, and delivering exceptional customer service aligned with the One Best Way model.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and inventory flow while ensuring effective merchandising and shrink control to hit sales and profit goals. A strong emphasis on inclusion and continuous improvement is highlighted throughout.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• No firearms or state-specific requirements noted beyond standard training.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
• Drive store finances by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs are met and feedback is translated into process improvements.
• Coach and mentor hourly associates, set clear expectations, and promote belonging.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
