PLS Financial Services in Oak Brook, IL is seeking an Overnight Manager to provide on-call CSR support overnight, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist store management in overnight operations. The role emphasizes customer service excellence, policy enforcement, and team coordination.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of PLS check cashing experience.
• Previous customer service experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, banking, retail, and restaurant is preferred.
• A minimum of one-year supervisory experience in industries such as hospitality, financial services, banking, retail, and restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Review and enforce applicable company policies with CSRs including Operations, Robber/Intruder, and Dress and Personal Appearance Policies
• Communicate information between store management and CSRs
• Attend regional meetings to communicate necessary information to CSRs
• Support a strong customer service culture
• Help CSRs resolve customer complaints
• Approve checks up to specified limits in accordance with company policy
• Complete video camera audits to provide additional support and security to overnight CSRs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
• Prepare required reports for Store and District Managers
• Manage multiple projects and handle interruptions to meet needs of customers
• Perform other duties as assigned
