Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of CBC and Firearms Authorized Training requirements.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures customer needs are met and complaints resolved with a focus on service excellence and process improvement.
