• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through training and feedback to store associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer issues.
• Partners with stakeholders to align store operations with company direction.
