Walmart is seeking a Store Manager for our Arvada, CO location. You will lead and develop store teams, manage operations and budgets, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

You will implement company initiatives and change efforts, ensuring policies and the One Best Way are followed. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring associates, aligning with OBW service model, and driving continuous improvements in merchandising, inventory flow, and expense

Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management preferred
• Familiarity with company policies and Open Door Policy
