Job summary

Walmart in Cortez, CO is seeking a store operations leader to drive performance and develop teams while delivering outstanding customer service. You will supervise hourly associates, coach managers, manage budgets, merchandising, and store initiatives to align with company direction.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or supervisory experience; preferred Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms CBC may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates and supervisors; hire, mentor, and set expectations.
• Drive store performance by reviewing PL and managing budgeting, forecasting, and expenses.
• Manage merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales and profit goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead community engagement initiatives.
