Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching and listening to associates.
• Drive store performance: review PL statements, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure high quality customer experience.
• Hire, train, mentor, and assign duties to hourly associates; promote belonging.
