• Associates must complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback; tour stores and provide guidance.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Model exceptional customer service and implement the OBW service model.
• Hire, train, mentor hourly associates and manage staffing to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Open Door policy and foster a culture of belonging.
