Job summary

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates.
Drives store operations, customer service, and community initiatives following OBW service model.
Manages budgeting, forecasting, and expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
Coordinates staffing, performance management, and associate development to promote belonging and engagement.
