Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• For facilities selling firearms, background checks and training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, teaching training and feedback to associates and managing store operations.
• Drive customer service standards and resolve customer needs and issues effectively.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and expense control to meet sales and profit goals.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and development of hourly associates to support growth.
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
