Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of CBC and firearms training requirements.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and listening to associates; communicate store operations and company direction.
• Drive store financial performance by budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promote belonging in the workplace.
